Recipe for Aleovera Juice Chiller

“All that mankind needs for good health and
healing is provided in nature.
The challenge of science is to find it!”
- Paracelsus, the Father of Pharmacology
Aloe Vera though well known by the people for its increasing use in cosmetic industries what one might not have known is its extensive beneficial property when consumed internally. I am 24 and I grow Aloe Vera in my garden, I should rather say that my Mum grows it in our garden as she is fond of gardening. I just started reading about the herbal properties of this thorny plant in my garden and I went awww..!!..it was fascinating to know that Aloe Vera was used in olden days to get rid scars left over by the deepest wounds ever seen. It is said that in olden days the juice of aloe vera was applied on the wounds everyday in order to heal the wounds without leaving a scar, hence it is said to be helping the cells in our body to enhance its repairing tendency. Although our cells have a natural quality to repair itself an additional help does not hurt does it?  If Aloe Vera could heal and repair cells in our epidermis it can do the same with all the cells throughout our body and hence I thought why couldn’t we consume it internally and I made sure there are no side effects when consumed internally, after a thorough research about this online I could conclude that it is indeed safe to consume it internally.
The recipe I discovered for a deliciously cool Aloe Vera chiller:

Materials Required:
Aloe Vera plant, Juicer, Mint leaves, fresh lemons, salt, sugar and ice cubes.

Step 1:
Aloe Vera: It is always better to take a fresh one by which I mean Aloe Vera plant grows pretty much in every climate and I suggest you start with growing the plant in your house.

Step 2:
Buy fresh mint leaves from the market and clean it thoroughly under running water. Squeeze 2 lemons (depending on your requirement) in a cup and keep it aside.

Step 3:
Cut two long leaves from the plant which look green from top to bottom. While cutting please make sure you cut it from the very bottom of the origin of the leaf because you don’t want the plant to look ugly with half cut heads at the end of it. The reason we are choosing fully green leaves is because yellow colouration on it indicates that it’s aging and not fresh.

Step 4:
The toughest part of the whole thing is to shave the thorny skin off the Aloe Vera leaves. Take a knife and shave off the edges first that have the thorns on them in order to keep your hands safe for the rest of the task. It would be difficult to keep them in your hands as you scrap off its skin because it will get slippery and slippery every time due to the gel like coating on its inner skin. You will figure out your convenient way of peeling its skin on practice but I bet the first time would be clearly a difficult task. And there is a caution, I get an itchy feeling on my hands which had been in contact with the fluid that oozes out of Aloevera, so try not to be in contact with it for too long.

Step 4:
After the skin is completely peeled off the Aloe Vera leaves you can cut them into the sizes of biscuits and wash them once again under running water for a good 5 mins and keep them aside.

Step 5:
Get your juicer or blender set for the task and put the cleaned mint leaves and Aloevera leaves into it along with a little bit of the lemon juice that you extracted. Make sure you don’t have the seeds of the lemon inside the juice when you squeezed them. Now switch on the juicer until its clearly blended into a fine juice.

Step 6:
Now pour this juice into a container through a filter in order to get rid of any residue that may have remained.

Step 7:
Now that we have the exact fresh content of the Aloevera and mint leaves in the container we need to add a slight pinch of salt and some sugar according to your comfort zone to the juice. And mix it until salt and sugar dissolves add the remaining of the lemon juice to it and check the sugar and salt level one final time. Now shake the whole juice for one final time and serve with ice cubes. You can add some colour to this if you wish like something of “blood on roof top” by adding a red syrup on top of the glass which already is filled with ice cubes and juice, it will look awesome.

Benefits of this Juice:
1.    You can drink this juice everyday which is a very good cooling agent for the body. In the present world one is filled with a lot of thinking and tensions which indirectly raises your body heat. This in addition with the mint and lemon which helps in detoxification helps get rid of harmful elements in the body that accumulates due to lack of hygienic food and disorganised eating habits.
2.    This juice is high in fibre content that sets you free of constipation.
3.    Finally aloevera’s healing property helps to heal any damages inside one’s digestive system or things like tonsils, kidney stones, ulcers, etc. Drinking it regularly clears all these problems.
4.    Since it helps to clear constipation most of the problems that may arise can be prevented, because trust me constipation is the root cause for many problems in the body. My personal experience is that I had a lot of pimples on my face for which the reason was unfortunately not diagnosed by many famous dermatologists in the city and I suddenly found out that constipation might be the root cause of it and I consulted a Homeopathy doctor and he said its right and you can't imagine how clear my face is now. So clearing the bowels everyday is a way of keeping yourself healthy for a long run.
5.    Drinking this juice everyday also reduces hair loss which usually occurs due to raise in body heat and tension. Hair loss is directly connected to body heat which raised due to tension and hectic days of work.

Nutrition Deficiency:

Can you believe it when I say your skin is dry, the reason is that you are lacking something in your nutrition?. Well yes, that's the answer. The reason for every problem inside or outside your body is your food.

I have personally experienced and realised this after spending so much for treatments and I want to share it with everyone. Don't waste money on dermatologists who care only to mint money. When I was young I used to never drink water..:-)..yes..let me tell you what happens if you don't drink water. Skin gets darker and darker and darker...this is what will be the signs that gets visible on what is really happening inside you body. Then I never used to eat vegetables..I was on a strictly meat-only diet...:-) and the consequences I faced was "acne"..I had severe acne on my face back and chest for almost 10 full years. I have spent a fortune to treat it but all in vain. And you what..just for the past one year I am a vegetarian..I have forgotten how an acne will look like..I'm not joking... The next thing..apart from eating a lot of vegetables and drinking lot of water there are certain things I have encountered at times..darkened skin around the eyes and mouth..the reason for this is lack of "iron" in your diet..please get rid of all the comments from your doctor telling you you have problem with pigmentation and crap...its because of "iron"..eat spinach and lot of leafy vegetables or take an iron capsule every once a day..it'll just be fine after that...and I used to always suffer from muscle spasms on hand or leg everyday...by which I mean that I will have pain on either a hand or a leg everyday..I thought this is how it would be and never took it seriously for several years..now I discovered that my mom and granny also have this problem since they were young..so now its hereditary for me..mitochondrial DNA descends through mother's bloodline...we are all calcium deficit my hereditary and I did not know it then..and also mitochondrial DNA codes for hair and muscles..and that's why the muscle spasm for all of us..:-)..hence I take a pill of calcium when I get the pain and you won't believe it the pain stops in an hour. Then now as I said I am a vegetarian..my biological system protested in many ways when I turned vegetarian last year..I was suffering from gastric problems severely in the beginning days..when I was in Glasgow most of the time it was potatoes..the scottish favourite and I was hit by extreme menace of gas in my stomach, later as days passed by my body actually got used to the vegetarian diet and now I dont have gastric problem, it was just a way of protesting!!..;-). Apart from this now I am having a very unusually dry hair..its like a hay..my hair colour was thick black..now its proper brown...its fading and each hair strand is so brittle and its really so unusual with me..the reason for this is..I was searching for several new moisturizing shampoos online..bought a few and tried them on..oh my god..the results were the same...just now I found out that I am lacking protein..because I am a vegetarian now..so don't worry I'm not going to start eating meat again..I am gonna start using protein suplements..shall update my results after a month..:-). There is one more important thing to all my meat-eating friends out there..if you take excess of protein inside you you will lose equal amounts of calcium out..protein expels calcium out of your body...they are inversely related..hence it is important that you take calcium supplements if you are a meat eater..alright then..I shall come up with more discoveries from my own experiences now and then..

Hey ppl..I am back with my result for that dry hair,..its now almost a month since I am in protein supplements. Its not bad..its really getting much better now..I am taking protein internally and when I apply egg to my hair it gets silky soft and smooth which is really rare for my hair for almost 2 yrs now. Hence it was all due to protein..So these are all my own tips from my own experience from my body..:)..hope you everyone out there stays hale and healthy forever..Cheers..:)
